My son is in his 4th year for Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida, He is extremely bright and has always excelled in honors an AP math and science yet he has struggled with many of the courses. The program started with 45 students, they

are now down to 8. It’s also a 5 year course with no AS degree after 2 years or bachelors after 4, it is 5 years to a degree, and D’s are not a passing grade, I don’t want to discourage you, but it sure would have been helpful had my son known just how difficult this course was. Also it comes with a lot of home work, so if your parents can afford to support you through these years, it will be a lot less stressful. Congratulations on your academic achievements! Your parents must be very proud! Good luck honey!
