The answer to your question is yes you can get into the MBA program with your degree. Lawyers, medical doctors and nurses take advantage of the MBA to add depth the their existing credentials.

Things you should know:

You may not get as many foundation courses waived with your IT degree as would a Business major but some may align close enough that they will be considered on a waiver request. The downside is that you may have to spend and extra semester or two, completing foundation courses.

Entering the program in an accredited institution usually means taking the GMAT and the good universities look for a score above 600. Any score above 500 will probably qualify you. Your GMAT score is combined with 2*GPA*100 (US) and this is your basis for consideration. If your BS was from a university or college outside the US, your GPA would be converted to US standard and the same formula applied.

Congratulations on your choice to pursue an MBA and welcome to the world of lifetime learners.

The cool thing about MBA programs is that they are intended for people who don’t have a business undergrad degree.

Many will require you to take a few leveling courses and some require experience in the field first, but generally speaking, the MBA is perfect for non-business graduates.

MBA is not an undergrad school. You would need a four year Bachelor degree in engineering, then apply to Graduate school for a MBA You can go on any US university to see what they offer for yourself. In general California state schools have very low international student populations and their tuition for them is sky high.

Yes, there is no requirement for a undergrad business degree. I recommend you double check with the program you are interested in joining.

don’t know if you can (don’t know your background), but I did. There are some schools that are better than others for what you are talking about. MIT and Georgia Tech are two.
