Can I get an accounting job if my major is not accounting.?
Hi, I am currently in undergraduate program majoring in International Business. I just wonder the degree of difficulty of being an accountant after graduation.

You will have to take an accounting exam to get an accounting designation like Chartered Accountant (CA), etc. Otherwise you won’t quality to get a job as an accountant.

You could get low level accounting field positions, such as an accounts payable clerk, but that wouldn’t make you an accountant.
