educational attaintment or working experience?
i’ve met a lot of companies looking for good educational background but are they sure that they graduated from that school than a working skill that they observe during working hours

. Your Q is a bit scrambled, but are you asking if a company can tell if a skill was developed by experience or by education?
If a person can show that he can do the job, I don’t think most companies would care about the education UNLESS a degree WAS necessary.
If you work as an auto mechanic, they usualy don’t care about education. If you apply as a brain surgeon at a New York hospital, they WILL check your license and degree.
