YES! Always thank the interviewer for a job offer or even just for the interview. You can thank by phone, email or in person. It is a nice gesture and not enough people do it.

Here’s a little help with your grammar and punctuation:

I got a job offer[, for a] teaching job.[ ]If [the] employer writes something like[, “]Welcome to our institution.[ ]You’re a great dancer and I hope you will teach just as [well].

Can I reply like[, “]Thank you for your kind words. [I] am looking forward to teach[ing] at your in[s]titution.

Is it Ok? Please help

Did the employer really say, “…teach just as great”? Where is this institute?

The the word teach as a verb. (action word) He/she hopes you teach well. You would be teaching.

I hope you run just as fast.

I look forward to running.
