Undefinable (not capable of being defined) and dingy (dirty, greyish) have been perfectly good words for some time. A small boat is a “dinghy”.

yes , undefinable is a real word. It means not easily put into words. Dingy is only a slang word if using it to insult someone, the boat thing dingy is not slang.

I suppose that it could be used but its usage wouldn’t be proper. The answer is No. Undefined is proper usage. It does show up on internet dictionaries but the definition is vague. If you smoke pot, the word would make better sense.
Undefinable, if it were defined, would refer to something that can never be defined. Weird. For some reason two mirrors come to mind bouncing their reflections within each other to infinity.
