Oops, had to edit this… it IS a sentence, but it’s confusing because it seems like “conflict” is being used as a noun rather than a verb at first glance. Go with the comma like the previous guy said.

Yes but you don’t need a comma. I had to read it several times to figure out what you meant but it is a sentence. It’s just not very clear
