Interview question? So nervous.?

I have an interview as a teachers assistant. I haven’t interviewed in a while.

I will be working with children with developmental disabilities. I have worked on the school district as a substitute aid and have volunteered in the classroom so i am familiar with the teachers and the enviroment. In fact I wasn’t expecting to have to go through an interview process, since they already know me. What do you think? Any teachers out there that can give any advice? What kinds of questions would you ask? What are you most interested in when seeking an aid to work in your classroom?

If you could look at the job description written by the district or department it might give you some clues as to what would be covered in an interview. They may describe a classroom situation and ask what you would do, of course you would follow policy so familiarize yourself with that also. Maybe something about confidentiallity as well.
