Sure, it’ll probably mean that they’re just teasing a student. It’s nothing big, but they’re suposed to sound more mature.

Yes, but it is encouraged to use more appropriate and accurate terms. Unless you are a 1 or 2 year old teacher.

i don’t know about if we’re allowed to but i try to avoid it and use alternate words because pee pee i have a problem with. “potty” is much more commonly used at the school i teach at

I would not go beyond the second grade threshold. By the time kids start to grasp the dual meaning of the term, it’s time to knock it off. If they don’t, they’re real doo-doo heads!

Of course! I think anyone is allowed to say that…toddlers say that word, grannies say that word, who doesn’t say that word.
When I was in sixth grade my teacher said 4 letter curse words–that was definitely wrong!
