Every major city in Korea has a bookstore, literally, that does nothing but sell books, just like Barnes & Noble. There are also other avenues such as E-Mart, HomePlus, and Homever, to name a few. As for English books, they change with the wind over here, so best to find out what age group and skill level you are going to teach and go check out the stores yourself. By all means, don’t send the students to the bookstore to do your job.
