sonographer info again.?
i wanted to know if just anyone can become a sonographer or do you have to have special skills to be a sonographer? i want to go to college for that profession.

I also want to become a sonographer. There are colleges where you get an associates degree and there are technical schools where you get only a certificate. I am currently taking prerequisites (about 32 hours) in order to submit an application to the sonography program in Dallas. You can’t just start the program without having some kind of classes. I hear it’s harder to get a job if you only have the certificate (and no other medical related degrees). I hope this helps.
