Outstanding has two meanings. The first is that something is missing but usually the sentence would be ‘2 pieces of work outstanding’ Or it can mean excellent work, better than most other people’s work. This is usually used just as one word. You could go on the WEAC site, I tried but I don’t know which country you are from, and ask a question.

I’m not so sure. Maybe it surpassed the highest grade possible. Maybe it’s written somewhere else and you just haven’t seen it yet. Have you looked on the official website for help? It leads you to another site where you can check what your score is and what it means. (You’ll need to have the test and your ID available)

It means perfect, really good work, impressive. Sort of ironic though, don’t you think, that even with outstanding English, you don’t understand.

It could mean they are waiting for something from you. Is there a piece of work you didn’t pass in?
