SAT Standby testers?
Hello. I missed the registration deadline for the testing in October, and I really want to take it during October. I read about how to be a standby tester, you must fill out the packet and put in the check and give it to the supervisor. But I have some questions. So if I am a standby tester, on the day I’m at the testing center, do I need to manually fill out the testing forms (names, etc.)? And also, is it true that standby testers cannot use fee-waivers? Thanks.

Yes this is true, you still need to fill out the testing forms, but you can’t use fee waivers. The best way to prepare for the SAT is with a guide or book. From my experience, the best preparation books were princeton review guide, and the tutorfox new sat guide. Used together, I increased my SAT score by about 200 points. Good luck, and please let me know if you have any more questions.
