You don’t absolutely need to if UW-Seattle and other schools that don’t require the SAT II are the only schools you’re applying to, but if your scores are good, it can only help your chances of admission to take them.

If you’re certain your scores will be bad, then I wouldn’t, but otherwise, no real harm in doing it.
