Do you mean the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor? I’ve lived in Ann Arbor for 6 years, and as far as I know, there is no “University of Ann Arbor” — definitely can’t find one on Google either.

Anyway, if your question is really about U-M, it is known for excellence and leadership in a variety of disciplines, many ranked in the top 10 nationally. U-M is often referred to as the Harvard of the Midwest, but it is a public institution.

The admissions requirements are not set in stone, but it is HIGHLY competitive. GPA, SAT, SAT II, and Essays all figure into the process. I highly recommend reviewing the admissions web pages and emailing/calling if you have more specific questions.
