All I know is that I have had WAY too many really bad realtors in my life – those who think the job is easy and consists of putting things on the MLS, sitting back and waiting.
To sell real estate properly, and to make any money at it, you have to develop really good skills in sales as well as customer service. It is also important to know all of the ins and outs of the real estate transaction, including financing, advertising, etc.
