i been getting into beef in hs with other students and i just started?
i just started highschool and other kids mess with me so i get into fights with them i dont back down from a fight i just cant.please i need help i cant take anymore

Just because someone starts beef with you doesn’t mean you have to fight. The next time someone talks crap to you, simple tell them you don’t have time for ignorance and tell them to grow up. If you ignore them eventually they’ll leave you alone. The fact that they keep doing it is because of how you react to it.

You are entitled to a safe learning environment. If you go to a teacher or other school official and tell them what is going on and ask from help with this and they refuse you have grounds for a lawsuit. The big thing is is you can’t fight back. Once you throw a punch you are just as guilty and can be subject to removal to an alternative campus for I think the maximum is 45 school days. Stay with friends, document activity. make sure your parents or guardians are aware of the problems. High school can seem long enough without the added stress of bullying.
