Elementary School Principals, Can I get some feedback on my Resume?

I am so frustrated right now I don’t know what else to do. I graduated in December with my certification in EC-4th grade. I am looking for my first teaching position. I have attended job fairs, I case the district’s websites daily for new job postings, I have applied with numerous districts and have had 3 total calls and interviews. I was wondering if there is something wrong with my resume and was hoping to get feedback from any hiring principals. I can email it if you are willing to look it over. I don’t know how to post it because it is a word document. Thank you for your help and any suggestions!

Sometimes getting hired for a teaching position (unfortunately but realistically) involves knowing someone who has influence in the hiring process. You appear to be an excellent candidate. I assume you had no difficulty with the interviews either. My only suggestion now is to volunteer or substititute in the district where you want to be hired to get “your foot in the door” and make contacts and connections. If you can offer to coach or take on an extra responsibility is sometimes a plus for you. Don’t be discouraged. Things will work out for the best in time.
