Examinations and certificates affect a person’s success for lifetime. There are pressure given by the institutites, also in form of expectations of teachers and parents, competition in between students. Stress is experienced when people undergo all these variety of pressure. Moreover, some people have self expectations to do well. That is also stress self-exerted.
There is also a factor of uncertainty of passing, failing examinations. Examinations are similar to war. There will be casualty. Also, people are uneasy about accepting failure.
However, even the most confident student would feel slight anxiety with the fullest preparation. We just need to adjust and balance this mentality to do our best in examinations.
