College if you are in a tough major takes a lot of discipline to get through for some students, when a party can be found any day of the week. Non-serious students (party people) and those with strict parents who go nuts. Have a great time but sometimes are thrown out of their major, put on academic warning, or thrown out of university. No one looks out for you like in h.s.

I enjoyed both for different reasons. But the independence/exposure to academics, professors, and all kinds of people/thoughts/cultures/social aspects you may not have had before is priceless. But you must get through h.h. to get to college
