stress from school?

I’m under soo much stress from school

i missed a week because i was really sick so i’m crammed with all this work my friends have tried taking me out and i’m under so much stress that they say i just don’t look happy and i need to relax but i can’t i’m failing just about every class i almost have all my make up work done but i’m having a hard time finishing it with all this stress

is that anything i can do to relax me, i tried being with my friend but it just didn’t work, any other ideas?

Spend the weekend catching up on all your work. When you’re done with it, it’s over, and you can really relax. You know you couldn’t go out and have fun when everything that you have to do is still undone. Finish up, and then you’ll feel a lot better, not under so much stress anymore.

Until you get all caught up, don’t go out. Get as much sleep as possible. Soak in a hot tub, and listen to some relaxing music. Trying to be social will just add to your stress instead of helping. Sip some sleepy time tea and relax. This will also help you to stay healthy.

Eat balanced diet, get enough sleep, get up early and start you day earlier, make sure you are early for school, relax in the evening before bed with yoga and relaxing soothing music, avoid unnecessary stresses that can come from friends,

I would recommend that you work in cooperation with the school counselor and administration to ease the load somewhat.
