School: confused on what to bring!?
They ussually hand you lists on what to bring to school on the first day. But just wondering…I was thinking of bringing my book bag, folder, notebook, and a pencil. should I bring less?

you really only need a notebook, folder and a pencil…not a pen. You can bring your book bag if you like, you will be getting big books but i assume you’ll have locker…other than that….no one will yell at you…its your first day!!! you basically just read over the class syllabus and etc.

On the first day of every school year the only things i bring to school is a binder or notebook, pencil/pen and a backpack. The first day of school is pretty much introduction day with forms to be filled out, rules, regulations, etc… You don’t really do much anyways…

You don’t have to bring almost anything on the first day at my school. Just Bring something to write with and whatever you need for lunch to start with, and then anything else you want. Don’t bring a ton. It will just be annoying.

A pen is always good. But on the first day I’ll just bring a bookbag, just in case they give stuff out. They will most likely tell you what you need on the first day. The first day is pretty much gathering info, like phone numbers and parents names, and crap.

That sounds like a good plan. You don’t tell us what grade you are in, but I’m still thinking your list sounds fine.
