On job applications how can you BS your words when they ask questions like” why are you applying and what
Favorite Answer
Say what makes them be of interest to you…why does working for this company stand above the rest — noticed low turnover? enjoy using their services or product? heard good comments from a current/former employee? good reputation? interested in this field as a career? need nights/weekend/holiday employment [at a place that is busiest then]?
What skills would make you successful — friendly, team player, former experience, customer service orientated, problem-solver, organized…you get the picture
And you’ll fail at it miserably.
It’s better to not get a job that you aren’t right for then to get it, fail, and have the black mark on your resume.
I’ve seen it time and time again.
