Be sure to be on the Debate Team in both high school and college! It’s great Verbal / Law practice!!
You’ll need to go to college about 4-5 years for your Bachelor’s degree, and 2-3 years for your Law degree. There are lots of good colleges. Get an undergrad degree in something you like that’s related to Verbal subjects, and that you can “fall back on”, if you don’t get into Law school. Major in something like International Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Accounting (Tax), Business, Government, or even Psychology, Sociology or English (if you’d be willing to teach).
Good luck!
As you advance in your high school career you may be able to take electives in some areas like law its self.
When you get a chance visit a court and sit through some cases. Be advised though that the courtroom is only a small part of the activities of most attorneys.
You will need to go to college and then law school where you will earn a JD which is a doctor of jurisprudence.
Good luck.
