Arts: Drawing, watercolors, orchestra and/or chorus, art and/or art history, music history, theatre
Humanities: Philosophy, history, social events (check your catalog)

Your school should be able to tell you this. Most times there is some course catelog that describes all of your class choices. But basically it refers to fine arts (visual, dance, theater, music) and maybe philosophy. When it’s time to register for classes, check what your choices are. If you’re not given anything ask your guidance counselor.

Art would include drawing, painting, ceramics, photography, drama, chorus, stuff like that.
Humanities can include philosophy and art history but there is also probably a class called “humanities”.
