im entering high school this year and i need help. i can’t seem to study and get in the info in my head. when i try to study it seems that i am not interested and i forget everything the next day. when it comes to test day i feel that i am never ready that i have to sometimes cheat. i do not want to cheat. i want to study. i think i have self defeat that makes me not able to remember the info from studying. it makes me not want to remember but i try to study. can someone help me to get the high school material in my head so i can suceed. i just need help in science and history. math is easy. it seems that im not interested but i want to be. thanks
