I am a youth leader and one bit of advice I can lend is this:

1. Never compromise your lifestyle, people are watching

2. Never compromise you body people are talking. Guard your reputation.

3. Be a friend to lowly and do not be afraid to love the unlovable. You may be the one that God uses to change his or her life forever. Stay strong and fight the good fight

4. Meet with God and his word daily.

Have fun and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Make it vvorthvvhile. Study and learn. Don’t slack off too much. If you skip class or school for a day, MAKE IT VVORTH IT. That vvay, vvhen you look back you may say I remember vvhen I skipped school that day, I did…(this and this) Or I vvent…(here and there). Don’t drop out. Don’t skip too much either; attendance does count. Cherish it, because it vvill go fast and after you finish school, many things shall change.

Visit your local public library and “browse” among the books. Never know, you might find something that will be interesting, or something that might help you do your homework.

Make sure you are meeting the requirements for your school for graduation… AND the admission requirements for the college you’ll be going to after you graduate from high school.
