Children’s book with moral of teamwork?

I’m looking for a children’s book with a moral of teamwork. It’s actually for an adult class on team dynamics- to open the day, they’ll read the book and identify the elements of an effective team. Just a fun, silly, ice-breaking type of exercise. I’d like something with strong teamwork themes, but not completely obvious (for e.g. there is a children’s book called Teamwork). Thanks so much in advance!

it’s not a book as such, but the story about the seven blind men who went to see an elephant. They all felt different bits, ie 1 felt the tusk and thought it looked like a spear, 1 the tail – a length of rope, 1 the side – a large leathery wall. . They were offerend a prize, and whoever got it right won. They decided not to work together, as they all disagreed and therefore were all wrong. So none got the prize
