high school juniors emailing a counselor? Is it a good way to show them you are…?

I am trying to find a way to communicate with my counselor, and I figure email would be the best way. It shows how concerned I am about my future. Do you think its appropriate for a student to email their counselor?– Or is it worse than actually making an appointment to see one?

see them in person… you will get a lot more information… and it really doesnt matter to them if you care or not because whether you graduate or not they still get paid to be a counsler… look at them as tools rather then payoffs……

You should probably make an appointment to see them, unless it is an emergency. The best way to communicate with a counsellor is in person, and it shouldn’t take any specific action to show them you are concerned. They will believe you if you tell them that you are worried about your future and do their best to help you.

The personal approach is best.

You can e-mail your counselor with his school e-mail account to request an appointment.

I’ve emailed my counselor and talked to him in person and it worked for me.

i’ll be a sophomore next three hundred and sixty 5 days and the excellent suggestion i’d desire to furnish to an incoming freshman could be to no longer freak out! that’s no longer as frightening as you anticipate it to be and all the stereotypes of freshman being hazed are city myths. merely ensure you preserve your head approximately you and you would be superb. do no longer enable your self to be intimidated. good success!
