And no, you don’t have very many books

I’ve had huge books given to me, but they’re rarely ever needed in class, so I just use my locker or home a lot. Don’t worry about the books.

Personally, I like tote bags and can’t stand to where backpacks. And my tote never gets too heavy because I keeps books I don’t need for the day in my locker or at home.

I’d use a backpack if you’re allowed, but always carry the minimum amount of books you need. As it is I sometimes end up carrying stuff in my hands along with having a bunch of stuff in my bag.

As for looking dorky. Who cares what people think? You do what you want and no one will bother you unless you let them. High school’s full of drama, you need to learn to let stuff roll of your shoulders to survive happily.
