well, i go to my locker like one time after a certain class. so u can to. pretty much u can get what ever u need for like ur morning bells. then go to ur locker for the next classes. 4 min is a lot of time so u can make it. in ur locker u can have the morning classes on the bottom of ur locker, and the other classes on the top. also try to keep loose paper in folders, binders what ever u use to keep ur stuff in, then u’ll be a lot more organized.

First of all, make an effort to either neatly stack or shelve your books and binders. Don’t just throw things in there. That also goes for you jacket, lunch, gym bag, etc. Designate a place for each item to go. If needed, you may need to buy an additional locker shelf or shelves (at any office supply store) or some magnetic hooks. Don’t ever put trash or garbage in your locker and never leave a lunch bag or box in there with left over food (it will start to smell). I also recommend putting a small calendar on the inside door of your locker with important due dates on it to keep you generally organized.

Some extras you may want to keep in there for emergencies are:

Small umbrella

light jacket

Hair bands or clips

extra pen and pencil

a dollar or two in quarters (phone calls, snacks)

Good luck on your first day in middle school! Incidentally, it’s my first day too, but I’m teaching! Hope we both have good days!

Hey there! Middle School and Elementary School are both very different. I’m currently in 8th grade and love it!! Here are some tips:).

Lockers: If you can’t get your locker open, DONT WORRY! Relax. You can always ask one of your teachers or friends to help you. On my first day of middle school, I wasn’t able to get my locker open and was late to class. The teacher completely understood my situation and was very nice about it 🙂 Ways to keep them organized include putting text books in one section, binders etc. Hmmm..get locker shelves also. They are portable shelves that fold up and you can purchase them at staples. Hopefully this helped:

hey, I have a very good way of staying organized, ready, here we go:

1. Make sure you have shelves, you may think that any will do but the ones that you get from staples or ect. are not very efficient, get some that are taller, that will at least fit your binder underneath

2. Get 2 large empty boxes that you can fit (both) on the higher shelf (Already in the locker). put your gym close in one and your bagpack in the other and stack them, that way, they are both out of the way and save you space!

3. Put labels on the side of your binders, even if there different colors, its way easier to remember every thing.

4. Put only one pair of shoes in your locker, at all times (your gym shoes) And keep them on the floor of your locker.

5. Put your lunch box on the top shelf, along with your pencil case and any book you are reading.

6. Always keep a seperater folder with you, Seperate it into: Math, Science, English, French, History and Ect. and put your home work in them, make sure you agenca is in a folder! and only bring the folder home.

7. At home keep a “not done” Foler A “done” Folder And A “to be singed” Folder That way when you take your homework out of your bag you can easily know whats done, whats not, and what you have to get to your parents!

8. I strongly sugjest you make shelves for yourself, to make a perfect fit, but if you can’t thats fine.

9. in your bag pack, know were everything will go (binders, lunch, water bottol (always should have one) pencil case, mp3, cleanex, ) thats all you should ever have in your bag.

10. Have small cu cards with the items you will need for each class, so you will never forget anything, all you have to do is look at the cu card with the next class you have.

11. label everything!!

12. Have a label in you pencil case, naming everything you have in it, and do a weekly check up, and refill it when you lost, or ran out of something

13. It takes five secondes, put things were they belong! In your fillers!

hope it helps!

Keep your papers in and binder or folder. Place each textbook and other stuff similar to textbook sideways so you can pull them out easy. Avoid stacking every on top of each, can easily fall out. Don’t forget to label your binders, folders, covered textbooks, etc.
