where should i use have or has in the passive while changing it from active !!?

and can u please change this sentence into passive ..!

1 The accident has confessed to the crime

this is present perfect and we are not suppose to change the tense !!

This sentence doesn’t make sense, but you can change the verb many ways including:

will have confessed

should have confessed

has been confessing

will be confessing

is confessing

Uh, the sentence makes no sense, since an accident can’t confess. People confess.

But, taking the sentence and making it passive:

The crimes has been confessed to by the accident.

That’s a truly atrocious sentence, even without the problem of accidents confessing.

Maybe if you explained better what you were asked to do, or the context of the sentence or something.
