What is the college policy for an international student that has a house in California as well?
I live in Singapore as an American citizen and will graduate from high school next year. Our family has a house in California and most of the colleges have lower standards for state residents and also give a huge break in tuition. so will I get the benefits as a California resident would, even though I’m graduating from Singapore?
