Yes! Perfect pitch is the hearing analogue of photographic memory.

People with perfect pitch essentially remember what all the different notes sound like. Perfect pitch can be learned… for example, to think of the standard pitch A (440 cycles), you remember what it sounds like when an orchestra tunes up.

And really good pianists can hear a piece and play it note for note. Mozart was a famous example of this.

Photographic memory works for people that are visual learners. Auditory learners can remember things if they haer them, regardless of in conversation, by repetition of audio tape, or by musically to a beat. Tactile learners have to learn “by doing.” Other learning styles include Artistic and Musical. there are a total of eight, and people usually posess a mixture of 2-3. So, yes it is absolutelt true that there is such a thing as “hearing memory.”

defiantely. thats why we repeat things to ourself that we need to remember, or or have little sayings to remembers things in school.. like “i before e except after c”
