High Paying Jobs?

I am going to be a High School P.E. teacher, which will make me about $40,000 a year. I would like to reach the $100,000 a year mark. Sense I will have alot of time from being a teacher any suggestions on jobs that are part-time were I could make at least $40,000 a year? Sales jobs are ok as long as you dont have to nag people for business. I also have an idea for starting my own lawn care business having someone work for me to do it while i get money for doing nothing. I would pay the worker more than me because i see it as free money so I dont care. Let me know if you guys think this is a good idea too????

Thank you for all your answers!

I don’t think it would be a good idea to work part time while you taught full time. Besides, you would have to get a job that paid you at least $33 per hour in order to make $40K part time.

Why not get your Master’s Degree and teach at a college or university. You could also coach a sport, which would net you an additional salary for your services as a coach.

Well “the”, if I had an idea for making 40 – 60K a year without working, why would I give it to you? Having a side business is not just hiring someone and waiting for the money to come in. If it were that easy everyone would have a side business. You might think about taking some business courses while your in school.
