new world order – no political parties. the lowest denomination of society – village level – elects the best person/s preferably a committee of not more than 9 – to lead the community without rebel rousing qualities nor self-aggrandizement. choose someone selfless, will do it for the common good.
a cluster of village will vote another set of the same number from either among the 9 or anyone outside it too.
then it goes on till it reaches the national level and the country is govern by a committee of 9 or any odd numbers higher than 9. so no sole leader in a way but the chairmanship of the 9 rotates! its consensus and consultation no acrimonious war of words!
