How would a “student mentoring a student” program work at a high school? PLEASE I need help!!?
i want to be a student mentor at this new HS and the principle said i could work but i need to find out how it would work. Please give me advice!?

Well,
I am currently a senior at a NYC H.S I am the President of the Student mentor Commitee
We gathered up several top seniors of the school and assign each mentor their mentees and give a tour of the school. We have a H.S orientation.
Then we discuss about school when the school year begins
