because I got a guy in may class he say he is smarter than my cousin to me. he keep on boast around to me.

People who boast like this may have “book learning” but they actually don’t have a clue as to social interaction.
The best thing you can do about this person is to ignore him; pretend you don’t even hear him.
If he gets too much in your face, you can introduce him to someone as “the smartest boy in this school; if you don’t believe it, just ask him and he will tell you all about it!”
