Can one learn how to raise their IQ?
I just want to know if anyone knows if it’s possible to raise your IQ.

There is a genetic ceiling for a person’s IQ level but try the folowing anyway.
1. Exercise regularly.
2. Eat lots of fruits. High vitamin and minerals content in the diet helps better brain functioning.
3. Don’t go hungry at all. Low blood glucose adversely affects IQ.
4. Get 8 hours of deep sleep.
5. Try to be tri-lingual or even more than that.
6. Solve crosswords and math puzzles.

It’s possible to raise ur IQ if u go to library take some books on IQ questions / brain teasures or you can see educational channels like National Geographic.

You can only raise ur IQ till the age of 18.Once ur above 18 u can’t raise it.Course u can raise it by your personal interest that is by knowing things more and more.

Nope. IQ is intrinsic in us. It comes from our parents genes.
Though, I think I read somewhere that a certain research was conducted and that IQ could be reduced due to lack of sleep.

my belief is that iq measures one aspect only of human power – you can have high iq and low emotional intelligence, you can have high iq and be lousy with your hands, you can have low iq and be a genius craftsman. so i think you are asking the wrong question. ask instead ‘who am i inside’ ‘what are MY strenghs’.
