well, if you listen to my world civ II professor then she said the German kaiser was pulling all the strings. I think the austrian emperor was franz joseph, he was like in his 80’s at the time so i’m sure he wasn’t in the best of mental states. i guess it would be significant because if germany was pushing austria into war with serbia then germany is the primary aggressor to world war one.
