What is the slope, x-intercept, and y-intercept of 6-3y= -4x?

That’s 6 minus 3y equals negative 4x.

-3y=-6-4x

y=4/3x+2

slope is 4/3, y intercept is 2

y-2=4/3x

3/4y-3/2=x

x intercept is -3/2

Remember that y=mx + b

So -3y=-4x-6

So y=4/3x+2

Recall the m is the slope

the slope is therefore 4/3

The x intercept is where x=0

=2

The y intercept is where y=0

=-3/2

substitute 0 as x and 0 as y and you’ll get the y intercepts
