What is the best 100% accurate English to Spanish site.?
All the translation sites I’ve searched aren’t very accurate. They’ve said that simple sentences like “How are you” in spanish is “Como es usted” which it isn’t.

Technically, Cómo es usted DOES mean How are you…it is just asking in a different way. You are asking how are they at that moment or that day, it is asking for a description… ie a response might be: I am a nice person.
But…the problem with any translation is that it won’t ever be truly accurate because there could be 10 different ways to say “are” in another language that all have different meanings. I would suggest using www.m-w.com and look up words that you need to know and then form the sentences YOURSELF using the knowledge YOU HAVE of spanish.
