Substitute y = 1/t.
Then
dy = -dt/t^2
and t varies from -1 to -sqrt(2).
You get:
-\int_{-1}^{-sqrt(2)} dt/[t^2(1/t)sqrt((4/t^2)-1)]
which simplifies to
\int_{-1}^{-sqrt(2)} dt/sqrt(4-t^2)
= [asin(t/2)]_{-1}^{-sqrt(2)}
= asin(-sqrt(2)/2)-asin(-1/2)
= -pi/4 + pi/6
= pi/12
