The first is not a complete sentence. French and German what? The adjectives incidentally would be ‘American,’ and then ‘French’ and ‘German.’ depending on what the end of the sentence is. In the second sentence the adjective would be immigrant and maybe Irish(?). An adjective describes a noun so ‘immigrant’ describes one group. Someone suggested that gladly would be an adjective, but it is an adverb which as the name suggests adds to the meaning of a verb where gladly further describes how they encouraged.

1.the adjective is American- it is a proper adjective

i.e. a proper noun used as an adjective.

gladly is an adverb as it described how the american govt. encourages french and german

french and german are simply nouns in this sentence (as languages)

2.the adjective is numerous as it describes th noun immigrant groups

most is an adverb as it described the adj. numerous

i think of the tips quoted shows the shortcoming of acceptable training of the conventional conservative/republican. The uneducated might have an incredible variety of prejudice in the direction of colleges/scientists/intellectuals. They needless to say sense they don’t seem to be worth, and so reject and prepare disdain for something it is previous their scope of understanding. This turns into team thinking whilst pseudo-intellectuals like Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh purport it. the guy who all started the climate Channel did so as a corporation selection. Being a meteorologist does not make you a climatologist, and it somewhat is hard to settle for somebody who left the climate Channel in 1983, and presently works for a small station in San Diego as credible. looks extra like somebody desperately in seek of interest.
