As a fellow PJAS participant, I know how hard it is to pick a topic. My best idea would be to test the effectiveness of different forms (liquid, pill) of antibiotic on the growth of Staphylococcus epidermis. All you do is fill an agar well with 50 mg of each antibiotic, streak it with bacteria, and place in incubator. All you have to measure is the average zone of inhibition. I did this for 9th grade PJAS and won 1st at states. Don’t worry, I allow you to use it. Good luck.
