(2z+1) + (2z+3) = 12099, or 4z^2 + 8z + 3 = 12099, and
4z^2 + 8z – 12096 = 0. Quadratic formula:
[-8 +/-sqrt(64 + 193536)]/8 = [-8 + 440]/8 = 54, so
numbers = 2*54 +1, and 2*54 + 3 = 109, 111, which work.
