i have to make this brochure about the neighbourhood i live in. i know how to operate a brochure on the computer but i just need some help on the text writing…
what would u write about ur neighbourhood??

is it urban or rural? Is it middle class, wealthy or impoverished? What is the median price for a piece of real estate? What are the demographics (white/hispanic, etc)?
Are they mostly single family or condominiums? Is it close to any major highways?
