Work reimbursement for college tuition question?

The company I work for will pay %75 of my college tuition up to $750 or something like that. If this is true, does that mean that I would have to pay the whole tuition up front without taking out another student loan or any help from FAFSA?

The company my husband worked for who did this paid a portion of the out-of-pocket expenses for tuition as long as the classes were related to his field. If he got financial aid, then it would probably have come out of the loan portion of aid rather than the grants.

My agency pays 75% also. You pay up front, then when you pass the course with at least a “C’, you get reimbursed.
