Will financial aid award me any money even though I had a previous problem with them?
In the school year of fall 2004 – spring 2005 I was awarded some money from financial aid to cover my community college expenses. Now I am going back to school and I already paid for my classes this semester. In the past I left school during the spring semester which cause me to have a debt with the school and financial aid as well. Everything is paid off now, but my question is: if I do apply for financial aid this year, will they give me any money?

What type of aid did you get because they may not be mad at you if you had deferred payments until graduation. But The Department of Ed does not hold grudges as long as they get their money back. So you should be fine.

throw the award letter away from the wrong school, it means nothing. Just be sure you get an award letter from the CC and respond asap.
