What should I do about my college schedule?
Ok I applied for FAFSA and got a scholarship also. The problem is I told them I would be a full time student. As of now I am a full time student but I am unable to keep one of my classes. I work on M,T,Th,F 9-3 and I signed up for a class I thought would be online from home but that is not the case. You have to be at the school from 2-3 to take this class. I have no way of getting there. If I drop this class will they withhold the money from the FAFSA and scholarship I have recieved because I am no longer full time? Should I sign up for another class? The problem is I don’t want to take a class that will count for nothing. Classes just started yesterday is it too late if I sign up for a class having missed the first day?

I do not know about the Sholarship. If I remember correctly, The money you get from FAFSA will not be affected by dropping the class. I don’t think it is too late to sign up for another class in the first few weeks of school, even though you will miss the first day(s). Every college is different. I would talk to your advisor ASAP.

It is probably not to late to find another class. Talk to your advisor ASAP. Most professors are OK with a late registration.
If the scholarship is dependent on FT status, it might not be worth it to risk it. Especially if it is renewable if you make academic progress.

call FAFSA whatever that is – if you lose some – that’s the consequences you have to accept because that’s how life is sometimes.
